(Believers are) those to whom people said, "The people have gathered against you, so fear them." But that merely increased their faith and they said, "Allah is enough for us and the Best of Guardians." So they returned with blessings and bounty from Allah and no evil touched them. They pursued the pleasure of Allah. Allah's favor is indeed immense. (Surah Al ‘Imran, 173-174)

It has come to our attention that a number of parents have been collecting their children late from the school bus in contravention to the school travel plans. Please adhere to these rules very carefully as non-compliance will result in your child being withdrawn from the school. In the mornings, late arrival to school on the first occasion will result in a written warning. Parents must ensure you must park outside the parking exclusion zone (sent to you previously and walk to the school). On the second occasion the school will apply a £100 penalty and on a subsequent occasion the school will withdraw your child from the school, however reluctantly. In the afternoons, late arrival to pick your child/ren will result in a £100 penalty on the first occasion and withdrawal from the school on a second occasion. These harsh terms are dictated by the requirements of the Travel Plan which we are obliged to adhere to as a condition of running the school from this new site. The school will be closed if we do not ensure these requirements are met. The cutoff time to collect your child/ren from the first bus is 3:20pm and 4:05pm for the second bus. There are no facilities for staff to supervise late children, or anywhere to keep them safe. We appreciate your efforts to avoid being late in arriving/ collecting your child/ren jazak’Allahu khair.
